The apartment was at a perfect location, just 5 minutes walk from the old town centre and 15 minutes walk from the main station. It was beautifully decorated and spotless clean. The access to the floors was secure with a fob key they give you which ensured better security. The kitchen was nice and fully equipped with everything you would need to cook a small meal or breakfast. The bathroom was huge and nicely heated. The TV has satellite channels and there some nice selection of teas and coffee.
The apartment is huge. Location is superb, walking distance to the old town. The employees is so friendly and helpful. There is a lift for our luggages 🤩
Great apartment! Really good location and the employees were very helpful and friendly. We loved having drinks on the roof terrace and there was plenty of space for us (2 couples). Definitely recommend!
The location was perfect with a very short walk into Old Town Square where they have the most amazing Christmas tree and markets. The property was very safe, clean and the employees were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we returned to Prague.
Everything perfect. Lived it so much. The apartment is so big, warm, clean, well decorated, and perfect location. The employees are very kind and can help about all information you need
The accommodation was definitely more than I'd expected. The employees were extremely friendly, theres complimentary coffee at the reception, and the apartment itself was perfectly set-up with a queen bed, a large bathroom, and a cute kitchenette. Its right within the middle of the old town, but in a totally quiet street. Would definitely stay there again!
excellent location, security of the place was excellent.
Three big bedroom, plenty of bathrooms toilets and large living area with excellent kitchen. Terrace would be great in summer months on personal rooftop area. This apartment had the wow factor. Staff were nice and helpful too.
Excellent location, friendly staff, cleanliness.
We absolutely loved our apartment. It was very big, really nice decorated and very clean. We had everything we needed. The situation is additionally perfect as it is within the old town. Many restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby.I will recommend it to all my friends.Great Experience.Thank you very much!
Excellent location, lovely clean and spacious apartment with everything you need. If I absolutely have to pick something it will be the mugs within the cupboard in kitchen were kept filled with dirty water (from the dishwasher). And on our second day, the housekeeping unlocked our door at 9 am while we were inside, they should have waited until we've checked out or the standard check out time or at least knocked. Apart from this the apartment was great and very comfortable!
It is a 3 bedroom apartment but only one of the bedrooms features acloset, the other 2 don't have anywhere to hand your clothes and the bedroom we were in didnt have a suitcase stand either. No huge deal but would be much better if they added closets. Also, some full length mirrors would be great.
Nothing
Unfortunately we had noisy people next door for a few nights. Not a big problem for us but sometimes it can't be helped.
Firmer pillows would be nice if available, and tv that had hundreds of channels had extremely limited Uk coverage but neither of these were necessarily important compared with how impressed we were with this apartment
Unfortunately, all our best impressions were spoiled because very noisy employees of next door restaurant at midnight time. Despite the fact that this remark did not affect our score of the apartments, we still believe that 4 art suits should still be responsible for the rest of the guests and find the right way to negotiate with noisy neighbors so that they behave with dignity.
Not the fault of the apartment but can be a little noisy late at night from the street (people having to much of a good time). An understandable downside to the great location.
No local information within the room, eg nearest supermarket, good restaurants. Beware the Mini Market close by, prices are 3 4 times higher than the supermarket on the square!!
Very noisy outside due to roadworks from 7am and the apartment looked out onto another building across a courtyard for a restaurant. Ran out hot water one morning though!
We arranged a transfer from the airport or airdrome through the hotel but they forgot to tell the driver so we had to wait quite a long while for the driver to arrive.
In Toyen we could hear everything said in reception which doesn't help when you're trying to sleep in while people are checking out
The TV had a lot of channels in German and not enough entertainment channels in English. Also i didn't find a switch for the light on the balcony (maybe it is only emergency light). It was pretty dark at evening without a light.
Very disappointed without AC
No
The street is noisy at night. You need to close the windows to get some sleep, but there is no air conditioner within the apartment, only a couple of ventilators
It is a a perfect location, everything are inside the big apartment but i wish there is a laundry machine...
Nothing, i liked at all
You should note that it’s not air conditioned, but it has fans in it. As per the receptionist air conditions will be working on September
Very Noisy, especially about 5 am. would have preferred to be closer to the water and Charles Bridge.
Haven't internet it was not comfortable' for business people or for connect .workers can't do nothing with this only promises that will be good.
Pictures in site are not accurate reflection of these apartments- much more basic !
We slept over from Saturday to Sunday, and there were a lot of noise from the street.
